General-purpose AI has to be taught what a policy schedule is. Ours already knows.
Insurers aren't capped by demand. They're capped by the manual cost inside every policy — the re-typing, the surveys, the version checking. That cost is what makes small premiums unprofitable to write. We remove it.
So we build across the whole lifecycle: product, distribution, underwriting, servicing, claims. Six insurance lines are live on our products with an insurance group operating across five African markets.

Most of the world is underinsured, and not because people don't want cover. A small policy costs an insurer almost as much to serve as a large one. Somewhere on that curve the economics stop working, and everyone below the line goes without.
That line isn't a law of nature. It's capped by how much manual work sits inside each policy — the forms, the surveys, the documents, the calls. Lower the cost of serving and the line moves down with it.
We're building the AI that moves it, and it's already running: six insurance lines live across five African markets, where a new product now takes 30 minutes to configure instead of weeks. So insurers, brokers and MGAs can write the business that has never been worth writing.
